Who doesn't love a good Creme Caramel / Flan, It's custard and caramel, sure to be a winner! And this recipe is so easy and versatile you can make it in just about any shape or baking container you would like! The cake pan works great! Easy Cake Pan Flan - Creme Caramel Made Easy Recipe: (Per one serving, make 4 servings for a cake-pan-flan) For the custard: 1 egg 1/2 cup of whole milk 2 tablespoons sugar dash of vanilla extract Cream together the sugar and eggs until smooth, then gently mix in milk until sugar is dissolved.  For the caramel: 2 tablespoons of sugar per serving (1/2 cup for whole recipe) caramelized.  Bake @ 325F for 55-65 minutes  in a water bath  until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.  allow to cool and chill at least 2-3 hours before serving. Enjoy!

I really love these crusted / fried mozzarella cheese sandwiches! They're a little bit crunchy, a little bit chewy, and a lot melty! Easy Crusted Mozzarella Cheese Sandwich Recipe: ~4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut not grated 1-2 slices of tomato 2 slices of bacon salt &  pepper to taste Sear the tomato lightly. Sear the block of cheese on both sides till a golden brown crust forms. Serve immediately on a toasted roll.  Enjoy!

This really is easily the perfect Chili recipe! The key is the balance of flavors we get from grinding our own chili powder from both Guajillo and Arbol chilies! And a green bell pepper, just to class things up! Easily The Perfect Chili Recipe - Passion for Food 1 Large Guajillo pepper 3 Arbol chilies 2 Lbs Ground Beef 1 Large Carrot 3 Stalks Celery 2 Medium Onions 6 Cloves Garlic 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 4.5 Oz can Tomato Paste ~8Oz good quality Beer 1 Teaspoon MSG (its fine!) Salt & Pepper to taste Combine! Simmer 1-2 hours.
