Easy Cake Pan Flan - Creme Caramel Made Easy - Passion for Food

Who doesn't love a good Creme Caramel / Flan, It's custard and caramel, sure to be a winner! And this recipe is so easy and versatile you can make it in just about any shape or baking container you would like! The cake pan works great!





Easy Cake Pan Flan - Creme Caramel Made Easy Recipe:
(Per one serving, make 4 servings for a cake-pan-flan)
For the custard:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • dash of vanilla extract
Cream together the sugar and eggs until smooth, then gently mix in milk until sugar is dissolved. 
For the caramel:
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar per serving (1/2 cup for whole recipe) caramelized. 

Bake @ 325F for 55-65 minutes in a water bath until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. allow to cool and chill at least 2-3 hours before serving.
