Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar! There is enough natural sweetness in milk that some people don't like any sweetener in it at all, but personally I enjoy a little Stevia or as in this recipe, some all natural erythritol. It's super easy to make, the only trial and error we might need is when we first make it to figure out the perfect amount of time for the particular set of dishes you're going to use, along with the amount of custard total.
