- 1 large carrot
- 2-3 stalks celery
- 1 whole head of garlic
- ~2 Oz tomato paste
- 1 1/2 Lb 80/20 beef
- 1 1/2 Lb 80/20 pork
- 3 whole large eggs
- 2 cups of dry bread crumbs
- ~2 tablespoons of salt
- 1/4th cup each of ketchup/mustard/sugar along with cayenne pepper to taste for the glaze.
