I really love a good bowl of Ramen, and a good plate of Lo Mein so I though, how about we make a Delicious Ramen Lo Mein Recipe! This dish is quick and easy, and super versatile! You can mix and match whatever your favorite vegetables noodles and proteins might be!
Delicious Ramen Lo Mein Recipe:
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1/2 head of cabbage sliced into ribbons
- 1 large onion, sliced
- ~4 oz sliced water chestnuts
- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 large chicken breast or other protein of your choice, sliced and marinated with:
4-5 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1/3 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
pepper to taste
