  Today we make popcorn! Or is it Pop Corn? Who knows, who cares! There's really not much to doing the actual popping, assuming you take my advice and use your microwave. I will explain in the video why the microwave really is the best tool for the job here (spoiler, its the microwaves).  Easy Microwave Pop Corn Recipe: 1 brown paper bag 1/3 cup popping corn Microwave on high around 3 minutes or until you only hear about 1 pop per second, and season! Classically with salt and butter, OR Parmesan  Curry Popcorn Spice: 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon curry powder Grind for 60 seconds in a coffee grinder for best results.   Today we make an "American version" of this classic Chinese style steamed bun, Sloppy Joe Bao Buns! Today we talk Beef Jerky! Well not that much talk, because I hate writing & can't stand food blogs that bury the recipe 12 feet deep! Anyway just use about 10 grams (that's slightly under two teaspoons) of salt per pound of beef and you should be fine! Did I mention we are making these easy beef jerky recipes 3 ways?! First up my non-classic Lemon pepper, then the south African classic Biltong spice and finally a classic Teriyaki!
