Today we make these GIANT baked Samosa with garlic curry potatoes made with 2-ingredient dough!
Traditionally these would be fired, but frying can be messy plus sometimes it's nice to shave a few calories off of a classic treat like Samosa!
Garlic Curry Potatoes:
- 2 lbs russet potatoes
- 1 huge onion
- 1 head of garlic
- 1-2 tablespoons curry powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
2-Ingredient Dough:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4th cup greek yogurt
