Sloppy Joe Bao Buns - American Baozi Recipe

Today we make an "American version" of this classic Chinese style steamed bun, Sloppy Joe Bao Buns! Normally Bao bun dough is a yeast dough, and you can totally do it that way, BUT this easy 3-ingredient dough i used here yields the same results is about half the time!

Regardless of what dough you use, the soft steamed buns actually pair wonderfully with the slightly sweet, spicy, and tangy beef sloppy joe filling!
