  Potjiekos, the wonderful traditional stew of South Africa! Potjiekos isn't like most stews in that it's layered rather than mixed all together, so the flavors of your various layers can shine through! I would consider this more of a technique video than a recipe, because you can use whatever ingredients you would like in your own Potjiekos!  In this episode we're also going to be making the perfect home made naan!  Today we make a fun quick take on Kimchi with this easy cucumber kimchi recipe! It works great as a side dish, or topping rice, but today we going to use it to make some spicy kimchi sushi rolls! Malva Pudding really is a hidden gem and I suggest if you have never tried it that you stop what you're doing and make it right away! And this isn't just ANY Malva pudding recipe, its the South African gold standard recipe first made popular by Maggie Pepler in the mid 1970s!
