 Today we make a fun quick take on Kimchi with this easy cucumber kimchi recipe! It works great as a side dish, or topping rice, but today we going to use it to make some spicy kimchi sushi rolls! It's kind of Japanese / Korean fusion, because the filling is Korean but the roll is seasoned in the Japanese Sushi style.

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar!
