Malva Pudding really is a hidden gem and I suggest if you have never tried it that you stop what you're doing and make it right away! And this isn't just ANY Malva pudding recipe, its the South African gold standard recipe first made popular by Maggie Pepler in the mid 1970s!
I actually never had Malva pudding while I was living in South Africa, but I'm glad I found it because this hidden gem is a MUST TRY for just about everyone!
