I've always loved curry, and one of the best things about it is how many different verities of curry and curry seasoning styles and curry powders exist all around the world! They all have something in common though, they're DELICIOUS! And this is my favorite classic beef curry recipe!
We're going to sear and then slow cook our beef until its just tender perfection, and you'll be looking for other things to serve the left over sauce with, its THAT good!
