Creamy Tomato Bisque Soup Recipe:
- 28 Oz canned tomatoes (I used San Marzano)
- 1 large onion
- 3-4 stalks celery
- 2 medium carrots
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups water (or more stock)
- salt & pepper to taste
