Today we make perhaps the worlds BEST sauce.. Welsh Rarebit! It's hot, it's cheesy, and with just the right hint of mustard it's the perfect way to turn regular toast into a great comfort meal.




This recipe in the video is the hand written #3 recipe below. The other two recipes were used as the templates but are both great in their own right!

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar! There is enough natural sweetness in milk that some people don't like any sweetener in it at all, but personally I enjoy a little Stevia or as in this recipe, some all natural erythritol.  It's super easy to make, the only trial and error we might need is when we first make it to figure out the perfect amount of time for the particular set of dishes you're going to use, along with the amount of custard total.             The PERFECT sugar free egg custard recipe:    Click for Printable version

  This recipe for the MOST delicious vegetable lasagna is a major hit with my family, and I'm sure it would be with just about anyone! And I will also share to trick so you NEVER need to pre-cook another lasagna noodle again!
