This wonderfully fast and easy peanut pad thai can be ready in the amount of time it takes for us to boil the noodles! Wheat noodles, anyway. If you want to be more traditional rice noodles would be the way to go, but for me cooking is all about using what you have readily available locally, so I wound up using wheat noodles.

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar!   This recipe for the MOST delicious vegetable lasagna is a major hit with my family, and I'm sure it would be with just about anyone! And I will also share to trick so you NEVER need to pre-cook another lasagna noodle again!
