Lets make one of my favorite snacks, these soft & chewy home made pretzels! They are soft and chewy, but also a little crunch in all the right ways! And the best part is they're really very easy to make. And of course we need a nice easy cheese sauce to go along with them which only has 3 ingredients!

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar!   This recipe for the MOST delicious vegetable lasagna is a major hit with my family, and I'm sure it would be with just about anyone! And I will also share to trick so you NEVER need to pre-cook another lasagna noodle again!
