 Lets make some awesomely soft & chewy lemon sugar cookies! My wife really loves lemon so I'm come up with various lemon cakes and lemon cook recipes and this is one of her favorites. The way we cream the lemon zest with the butter and sugar really helps draw out those lemon essential oils making the flavor really pop!

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar!
