What Is Bunny Chow? South African Bread Bowl With Simple Beef And Potato Curry


 Bunny Chow is a South African curry "bread bowl" traditionally served in a half or quarter hallowed out unsliced white bread loaf. The exact origins of bunny chow is still debated, but what most agree on is it came of the Indian community in and around Durban, South Africa. 

It's a delicious and fun way to eat a curry, and I'm this recipe I'll show you a super easy beef and potato curry for our bunny chow along with a bonus recipe for a deliciously simple cucumber salad.
