As is often true the best things are the simple ones. These salmon cakes are super simple to make, but the absolute BEST to eat! They're super crispy on the outside, soft and light on the inside. And this recipe has been tuned to work with either 1lb of fresh salmon, or one of the large 14.75oz cans.
