Today we make a monster of a sandwich, the Francesinha! Sometimes called the "Little frenchie" this sandwich is anything but little! The Francesinha originates in Porto Portugal, and is their version of the French croque monsieur.

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar!
