As someone who doesn't love the traditional Christmas Fruit-cake I wanted to come up with my own version that I could actually be excised about eating. And this amazing Fig, Date, Cherry & Chocolate fruitcake is what I came up with, and I love it!

Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar!   This recipe for the MOST delicious vegetable lasagna is a major hit with my family, and I'm sure it would be with just about anyone! And I will also share to trick so you NEVER need to pre-cook another lasagna noodle again!
