This was a fun food experiment that came out so well I just had to share the recipe! Nacho Pizza, Nachizza! It's got a great crunch and the nacho flavor is a simple but perfect blend of cheesy salty & spicy. I guess we could say this is NATCHO regular kind of pizza!
Nacho Pizza Recipe - Nachizza:
For the dough:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3's cup of warm water (110F)
For the toppings:
- 8 oz Velveeta style cheese + 1/2 cup milk melted together
- ~1lb Mexican restaurant style ground beef
- 1 sliced onion
- ~4oz sliced pickles jalapenos
