What If Nachos And Pizza Had A Baby? Nachizza!

 


This was a fun food experiment that came out so well I just had to share the recipe! Nacho Pizza, Nachizza! It's got a great crunch and the nacho flavor is a simple but perfect blend of cheesy salty & spicy. I guess we could say this is NATCHO regular kind of pizza! 






Nacho Pizza Recipe - Nachizza:

For the dough:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3's cup of warm water (110F)

For the toppings:

  • 8 oz Velveeta style cheese + 1/2 cup milk melted together
  • ~1lb Mexican restaurant style ground beef
  • 1 sliced onion
  • ~4oz sliced pickles jalapenos
