Today we talk Beef Jerky! Well not that much talk, because I hate writing & can't stand food blogs that bury the recipe 12 feet deep! Anyway just use about 10 grams (that's slightly under two teaspoons) of salt per pound of beef and you should be fine! Did I mention we are making these easy beef jerky recipes 3 ways?! First up my non-classic Lemon pepper, then the south African classic Biltong spice and finally a classic Teriyaki! Biltong Spice Mix: 2 teaspoons salt (10 grams) 2 tablespoons ground coriander ~1 teaspoon of pepper Lemon Pepper: 2 teaspoons salt (10 grams) 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce Teriyaki: 5 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon salt (5 grams) 2 tablespoons Mirin ( OR just 1 tablespoon sugar) optional couple dashes of garlic powder Enjoy!

RISE of the Caramel Dutch Baby - The FLAT out Best German Oven Pancake Recipe - Passion for Food

This was a fun experiment I tried just to see... What if?! And I really loved how it turned out. This is actually the second version, the first version I didn't add cream to the caramel and the crust wound up too chewy! But this version is absolutely a winner in my book and a wonderfully easy dessert. For the Dutch Baby Batter: ⅔ cup milk, room temperature ½ cup packed all-purpose flour 3 large eggs, room temperature ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt For the Caramel Sauce: 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup heavy cream Enjoy!
