This was a Passion for Food experiment that really turned out great! It's one of the only pizza's I've ever made with NO cheese, and it's one of my all time favorite pizzas with just the right touch of Cajun spice!
Pizza Dough Recipe:
- 2 cups bread flour
- ~2/3 cups hot water (110F)
- 1.5 teaspoons of fast rise (instant) yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne
