How To Make Chinese Cashew Chicken WAY Better Than Takeout - Passion for Food

I really love Chinese takeout Cashew chicken, especially when we are making it at home! It's all about getting the right balance of salty sweet and tangy, and in this recipe we are going to cheat a little and use Japanese Mirin! I know its a "Chinese" recipe, but hey thats OKAY we can be as multi-cultural as we want here on Passion for Food!
