Today we will be making this amazing meatloaf that manages to be both juicy on the inside and a little crispity'crunchy on the outside! The contrast is really fantastic, and they make the best grilled meatloaf sandwiches I've ever had!  Secret to a Juicy Yet Crispy Meat Loaf Recipe   Passion for Food     1 large Onion 1 large carrot 2-3 stalks celery 1 whole head of garlic ~2 Oz tomato paste 1 1/2 Lb 80/20 beef 1 1/2 Lb 80/20 pork 3 whole large eggs 2 cups of dry bread crumbs ~2 tablespoons of salt 1/4th cup each of ketchup/mustard/sugar along with cayenne pepper to taste for the glaze.

Today we will be playing with our food, sorry, "experimenting" with our food, to see if taking time to chill cookie dough before baking really has any impact on how much the cookie "spreads" as it bakes! And just to be clear this cookie recipe is the "soft and chewy" style of cookies, no amount of chilling will ever take a soft and chewy recipe and make it a thick cakey one, and no lack of "chilling" will make a cookie thin and crispy, those differences are a matter of flour and sugar ratios! I really love a good bowl of Ramen, and a good plate of Lo Mein so I though, how about we make a Delicious Ramen Lo Mein Recipe! This dish is quick and easy, and super versatile! You can mix and match whatever your favorite vegetables noodles and proteins might be! Delicious Ramen Lo Mein Recipe: 1 large carrot, sliced 1/2 head of cabbage sliced into ribbons  1 large onion, sliced ~4 oz sliced water chestnuts  1 1/2 tablespoon butter 1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil  1 large chicken breast or other protein of your choice, sliced and marinated with: 4-5 cloves of garlic, sliced 1/2 cup of chopped green onions 1/3 cup of soy sauce  2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar  pepper to taste Enjoy!

Today on Passion for Food, I'll show you how to make this easy french dip sandwich recipe! Really the only thing we need to make is the roast beef, and towards the end of the video I will share a quick tip to making this with store bought roast beef in a pinch!
