This sweet corn spoon bread is a truly amazing side dish! Sometimes called corn pudding, or even corn souffle. But whatever you call it, its sure to be a bit! If you can't find the Jiffy muffin mix don't worry, just use 1 cup of yellow corn meal and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.





Corn Spoon bread recipe - Passion for Food:
  • 1 8.5Oz Pack of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 15Oz can cream style corn
  • 1 15Oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 Stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
  • 1 Cup soup cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • oil for pan
