For the chocolate cake:
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • ¾ Cup  Cocoa
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil 
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
Bake at 300F for 60 min ( 9x13" cake pans )
