These Caramel-Apple Cinnamon Rolls are simple to make and crazy delicious!
Easy Caramel-Apple Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
For the dough:
- 1 cup of warm milk (~100F)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fast acting/instant yeast
- 2 large eggs at room temperature
- 6 tablespoons melted salted butter (if unsalted add 1 teaspoon of salt)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4-4 1/2 cups of flour
For the filling:
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons melted salted butter
- 2 small apples
For the Icing:
- 1-1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Bake @ 350F for about 30 minutes.
