  Today we make perhaps the worlds BEST sauce.. Welsh Rarebit! It's hot, it's cheesy, and with just the right hint of mustard it's the perfect way to turn regular toast into a great comfort meal. This recipe in the video is the hand written #3 recipe below. The other two recipes were used as the templates but are both great in their own right!

 Cottage & Shepherd's pie have always been one of my favorite dishes, so I created this keto & low carb version so that even without the carbs we can still enjoy this amazing dish. This has to by one of my favorite quick meals, even if you THINK you don't like blue cheese, try this dish and it will probably change your mind!   This is a really fun way to make pizza. And best of all now I can eat 3 whole pizzas myself and not feel (too) bad about it! That's right we are making MINI Chicago style deep dish pizzas! These awesome little mini pizza bites won't take all day to make either, because we're going to use a little trick to get the dough formed in the pan super fast using a second oiled muffin pan. This southern chicken fried hamburger steak is mighty power comfort food! It's easy to make, filling, inexpensive to make and oh so delicious.  I've always really loved meat pies, pot pies, steak & kidney pies! It's pastry, it's meat, it's gravy, what's now to love?!
