Today we make the perfect egg custard, and we make it without any sugar! There is enough natural sweetness in milk that some people don't like any sweetener in it at all, but personally I enjoy a little Stevia or as in this recipe, some all natural erythritol.  It's super easy to make, the only trial and error we might need is when we first make it to figure out the perfect amount of time for the particular set of dishes you're going to use, along with the amount of custard total.             The PERFECT sugar free egg custard recipe:    Click for Printable version

  I've always loved curry, and one of the best things about it is how many different verities of curry and curry seasoning styles and curry powders exist all around the world! They all have something in common though, they're DELICIOUS! And this is my favorite classic beef curry recipe!
