  Today we make perhaps the worlds BEST sauce.. Welsh Rarebit! It's hot, it's cheesy, and with just the right hint of mustard it's the perfect way to turn regular toast into a great comfort meal. This recipe in the video is the hand written #3 recipe below. The other two recipes were used as the templates but are both great in their own right!

 Cottage & Shepherd's pie have always been one of my favorite dishes, so I created this keto & low carb version so that even without the carbs we can still enjoy this amazing dish.
