Amazingly Tender Slow Roasted Whole Leg Of Lamb

 The most amazingly tender whole leg of lamb is surprisingly easy to make! It takes only 10 minutes or so of prep time to get this whole leg of lamb in the oven to slow roast! I know a lot of people say lamb is tender enough that even with the leg all you need to do is cook it to the perfect medium-well (150F or so) and slice it thin, but after cooking dozens of legs of lamb that way I tend to think they are better served by this steamy low and slow cooking method.           Fall off the bone whole leg of lamb Recipe:    Click for Printable version
